Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for the Longview area. This role covers Longview and Gilmer routes, with early start times and a requirement to use your own vehicle for business travel.

You will build displays, manage stock, handle POS ads, and coordinate with customers and coworkers to keep shelves full and products rotated. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential, with a focus on planning and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
