Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Merchandiser for Washington state. This role stocks and rotates beverages in retail accounts, builds displays, and cooperates with Delivery, Sales, and store partners to ensure products are ready for sale.

You will drive a personal vehicle on routes, support customer service, clock time accurately, and follow labor laws. Local travel and indoor/outdoor work are expected, with heavy lifting involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance required.
• Must own and operate a mobile smartphone.

Responsibilities

• In retail accounts, stock and rotate products, build and maintain displays with POS as necessary.
• Drive personal vehicle on assigned route; do not transport products in personal vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with store personnel, Sales teammates and customers.
• Engage in direct communication with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in and out of timekeeping application; adhere to labor laws for breaks.
• Demonstrate company's Core Values at all times.
• Complete all tasks or projects as assigned.
• Work independently and with a team; manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Maintain strong work ethic and accountability.
