Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, a major bottling partner, seeks a Retail Account Representative in Denver to promote the Coca‑Cola portfolio, build trust with customers, and execute promotional activities while ensuring shelves reflect our Joint Business Plan.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone/iPad. Weekend/holiday availability is needed and competitive base pay with a bonus structure is offered.

Qualifications

High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent
Must operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone/iPad devices
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Interact with decision makers at customer locations and place product orders while maintaining inventory levels
Manage and stock beverage sections, build displays, and rotate stock per company standards
Supervise merchandisers to ensure accounts are stocked and displays are aligned with store standards
Rotate products to follow first-in, first-out stocking
Sell in additional displays and new products to increase sales volume
Ensure Joint Business Plans are followed and coordinate with Field Sales Manager
Maintain backroom stock areas safely and prepare credits for pickup
Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events
Cover merchandising duties when necessary
