Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a Summer 2027 Product Development (R&D) Intern to lead an experimental research project and collaborate with a cross-functional team. You will gain deep knowledge of beverage product development and present findings to senior leadership at summer’s end.

The role is aligned to the Beverage Operating Unit, runs June 7 to August 13, 2027, is in-person, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm, at the Frisco R&D facility.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a full-time program in a related field (food science, chemical engineering, or equivalents).
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and be proactive and self-driven.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bench-top experiments, formula calculations, and develop prototypes.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of laboratory work.
• Interpret test results and write technical reports for leadership.
• Document lab work and formulas using Excel and formulation software.
• Collaborate with R&D functions (Sensory, Ingredients, Nutrition, Regulatory, Flavor Technology, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Technical Services).
• Multi-task to achieve requested results.
