Campbell's seeks an Associate Scientist to coordinate and execute product development and commercialization for beverage and shelf-stable initiatives. You will lead benchtop, pilot plant, and plant trials, applying food ingredients and technology principles to create innovative products.

You will ensure objectives, product design, and timelines are met while providing strong technical leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams across R&D, operations, and QA.

Competenze

• Experience in beverage product development and commercialization.
• Ability to lead benchtop to plant trials and scale-up activities.
• Strong understanding of ingredient functionality and process technology.

Mansioni

• Lead identification, assessment, and validation of formulations from benchtop through commercialization.
• Ensure documentation is recorded accurately and milestones stay on schedule.
• Provide on-site support to Plant Operations and Quality Assurance for new products and productivity programs.
• Foster an innovation culture with consumer-centric ideas and product concepts for new products and quality improvements.
• Conduct prototype assessments with cross-functional project teams.
