Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Beverage Quality & Safety Program Analyst to monitor safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect company assets. The role involves training, risk assessment, and implementing safety programs across multiple sites.

The position requires a proactive safety mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with local managers to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills in safety and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures in line with OSHA and other regulations.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Review findings from inspections, investigations and environmental testing.
• Develop strategies to reduce risk across the system.
• Support development and implementation of loss-control programs.
• Conduct facility safety audits with local managers and report recommendations.
