Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a production line operator to blend raw materials into beverage products and ensure quality and consistency. The role involves weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, performing routine tests, and sampling during bottling and canning to verify standards.

The candidate will record test data, communicate process modifications, and may be required to deep clean and sanitize equipment and production lines. Lifting 20–45 lb portions and standing for long shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Experience with audit compliance and documentation is a plus
• Experience with product changeovers and testing instruments is helpful

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line to ensure efficiency
• Move materials and finished products to support flow
• Perform tests and use equipment to ensure quality
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean equipment and work area during and after shift
• Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping
• Follow guidelines and escalate quality concerns
• Collaborate with production/maintenance as needed
• Keep daily records of tests and results
• Maintain regular attendance
