Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in California seeks a Quality Technician to oversee day-to-day quality operations on production lines, ensuring food safety, sanitation and batching systems comply with SQF and company objectives.

The role requires adapting to a fast-paced plant environment, performing chemical and physical analyses, maintaining records, and stopping production when safety is at risk; you’ll work with SAP data and internal QA teams to uphold product quality.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• In plants co-packaging alcoholic beverages, must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Ensure products conform to customer specifications per SAP.
• Perform analyses on raw materials and finished batches.
• Conduct chemical and physical analysis on materials.
• Evaluate finished products against current standards.
• Check process control parameters and equipment integrity.
• Maintain accurate test records and required reports.
• Report out-of-spec results to leadership and stop questionable production.
