Job summary

Very Good Manufacturing in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking an entry-level Quality Control/Line Inspector to verify lines before, during, and after production of distilled spirits, RTD beverages, and canned cocktails. You will confirm setup, document readings, and ensure labeling accuracy on every run.

We offer full-time, on-site work with shifts; compensation ranges from $18 to $26 per hour depending on experience, with potential for overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• No QC or manufacturing experience required; training provided on our specs, paperwork, and lines.
• Ability to read a spec sheet, use a scale and a torque tester, and record readings consistently.
• Reliable, on-time, with transportation for full-time shifts.
• Willingness to stop a line if quality issues arise.
• Comfort with logging checks on a computer or tablet and basic emails/spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-op inspections to ensure line is clean, materials are staged, and labels are correct.
• Monitor the run by checking fill level, closure torque, and label placement against specs.
• Collect and log in-process and finished-product samples with proper labeling.
• Pause production and notify the line lead if a check fails and document the issue.
• Maintain paperwork: pre/post-op sheets, batch sheets, and quality logs.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation rules and maintain a safe working environment.
