Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations preferred.

• Knowledge of beverage safety and regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department.
• Conduct monthly inventory of alcoholic beverages.
• Coordinate movement of beverages and equipment for events.
• Maintain operational and financial responsibility of the beverage outlet.
• Uphold beverage quality, service, and marketing standards.
• Coordinate beverage orders with Purchasing Manager.
• Develop and manage drink menus.
• Monitor inventory and pricing for bar menus.
• Develop and deliver beverage training for F&B staff.
• Train staff on state and local beverage laws and service.
• Provide a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Drive exceptional customer service.
