Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Beverage Supervisor to direct all beverage department activities and ensure premium service. You will manage inventory, coordinate beverage flow for restaurant and catering operations, and uphold standards to maximize guest satisfaction and profits.

Responsibilities include menu development, daily pricing oversight, and collaboration with purchasing. The role requires long hours, flexibility, and a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• College degree preferred.
• Food & Beverage and/or Restaurant experience preferred.
• Must maintain personal hygiene and a well groomed appearance.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting to set up and execute an event.
• Willingness to exceed guest expectations.
• Read, speak and write English well for staff and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department.
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure alcoholic beverages are accounted for.
• Coordinate movement of beverages and equipment per restaurant and catering operations.
• Provide overall operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Manager regarding beverage orders.
• Responsible for drink menu development.
• Monitor beverage inventory and pricing daily.
