Aba Dallas from Lettuce Entertain You is hiring a Restaurant Beverage Manager to join the cocktail, beer, and wine program and lead daily beverage operations. The role supports the Sr. Bar Manager/Sommelier and requires 2 years of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage inventories, cost-outs and pricing updates; lead beverage menu changes; manage beer, liquor and wine vendor relationships.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and oversee daily operations, including closing duties and nightly numbers.
• Organize opening/closing shifts to ensure an exceptional guest and employee experience.
• Provide guidance to hourly and management teams while upholding company culture.
• Respond to guest and employee needs and feedback with professionalism.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and supporting financial goals.
