YOUR ARE...

As the Beverage Program Coordinator, you'll play a key supporting role in ensuring our bars run smoothly and efficiently. From assisting with inventory and supplier communication to helping organize training sessions and new menu rollouts, you’ll be a critical part of our beverage team’s daily success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in tracking inventory counts and maintaining organization across bar storage areas.
  • Support communication with vendors and distributors regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices.
  • Help ensure consistency in product availability across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Help coordinate and schedule bartender training sessions, tastings, and certifications.
  • Ensure locations have updated beverage manuals and recipe guides.
  • Assist with onboarding new bar team members with beverage orientation and tools.
  • Help execute seasonal menu changes by preparing recipe sheets, portion guides, and cost breakdowns.
  • Support setup and logistics for company beverage events, brand partnerships, and team gatherings.
  • Input and update beverage cost sheets, recipe databases, and order tracking logs.
  • Prepare and distribute training and menu documents to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain clean, organized digital and physical filing systems for the beverage department.
  • Assist with bar setup during new restaurant openings, including unpacking deliveries, stocking, and labeling.
  • Support setup of tap systems and other bar equipment under the guidance of the beverage leadership team.

Requirements

Requirements for Success:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and travel
  • Maintains a clean and professional appearance
  • Passion for hospitality and learning more about beverage programs
  • Flexible to work nights and weekends when necessary, based on business and staffing needs.
