Job summary

Danone U.S. in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Production Scheduler/Planner to manage materials that support the production schedule at our beverage facility.

You will ensure on-time procurement, accurate SAP transactions, and alignment with procurement, product supply, sales/marketing, and logistics teams to meet customer demand. The ideal candidate has experience in high-speed manufacturing, strong planning skills, and the ability to adapt to a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a high-speed food/beverage/CPG manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years’ experience with SAP Themis and APO or similar ERP system.
• Experience in inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules to support 24/7 operations.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of all raw materials and packaging for the plant, including new items and depleting obsolete items.
• Issue purchase orders for all raw materials and packaging; coordinate with vendors for on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Manage min/max inventory levels based on requirements and storage constraints.
• Coordinate with Scheduling Team and Vendors on last-minute inventory issues or line changes.
• Ensure all material transactions in SAP are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain vendor list and update as needed.
• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies with accounts payable.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Product Supply, Sales/Marketing, R&D, Engineering, and AP to align production plan with demand.
• Coordinate with Transportation and Logistics to transfer materials to other facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
