Job summary

Danone in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Production Scheduler/Planner to manage materials and create production schedules for our beverage facility. You will procure materials, coordinate with vendors, and align plans with Procurement, Product Supply, and Sales to meet customer demand.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong SAP/ APO experience, and excellent time management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a high-speed beverage/CPG environment.
• At least 2 years’ experience with SAP Themis and APO.
• Experience in inventory reconciliation for accuracy.
• Familiarity with aseptic processing or raw materials storage guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of all raw materials and packaging; manage new items and obsolescence.
• Issue purchase orders; work with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage min/max inventory levels based on shelf life and constraints.
• Coordinate with Scheduling Team and Vendors on last-minute issues.
• Ensure SAP material transactions are accurate and timely.
• Maintain and update vendor lists.
• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies with A/P.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Product Supply, Sales/Marketing, R&D, and other functions to align production plans.
• Coordinate with Transportation and Logistics to move materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
