Job summary

Danfoss GmbH in Loves Park, IL is seeking a Production Planner to connect demand, supply and production, ensuring materials arrive on time while supporting delivery performance.

You will own production schedules (MPS), manage MRP data and inventory, partner with purchasing and production, and support continuous improvement efforts. Occasional travel is possible, and APICS CPIM or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in manufacturing or supply chain.
• CPIM certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with planning systems (SAP preferred) and Excel.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance and inventory targets.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production for on-time delivery.
• Plan and maintain MPS and material requirements.
• Maintain accurate MRP and inventory data.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and CI projects.
