Job summary

Solid Press LLC in Ormond Beach, FL is seeking an experienced brewery operator to manage the production floor from brewing and carbonation to packaging. You will monitor equipment and help ensure smooth operation across all stages of production.

You will troubleshoot issues, run CIP and sanitation to HACCP/GMP standards, verify batch specifications, and maintain records and safety checks throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating equipment in a working brewery or beverage production facility.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment without waiting on a service call.
• Sanitation experience under HACCP/GMP, including safe handling of industrial chemicals.
• Able to lift heavy lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet through a full shift.
• Forklift experience or certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Solid Press is a new seltzer producer in Ormond Beach. We're hiring one experienced brewery operator to run our production floor — brewing and carbonation through packaging. If you've run the equipment and know what it sounds like when something's about to go wrong, we want to talk.
