Job summary

Solid Press in Ormond Beach is seeking an experienced brewery operator to run the production floor from brewing and carbonation through packaging. You will monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, efficient operation.

The role requires hands-on brewery experience, the ability to repair equipment quickly, and strict adherence to HACCP/GMP sanitation standards. Lifting heavy items and occasional forklift certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating equipment in a working brewery or beverage production facility.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment without waiting on a service call.
• Sanitation experience under HACCP/GMP, including safe handling of industrial chemicals.
• Able to lift heavy lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet through a full shift.
• Forklift experience or certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor brewing, carbonation, and packaging equipment through the full production run
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make repairs to keep the line moving
• Run CIP and sanitation on tanks, lines, and work areas to HACCP and GMP standards
• Check carbonation, consistency, and specs throughout each batch
• Keep batch records, sanitation logs, and safety checks current
• Handle materials, packaging, and industrial chemicals safely
