Responsibilities

• Set up, tear down and operate machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow standardized work while adhering to safety practices.
• Assist in keeping the production area clean and safe.
• Observe and report safety concerns to management.
• Work overtime as needed, including weekends.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
• Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.
