Hy-Vee Manufacturing is seeking a Production Worker I (FLSA: Non-Exempt) to operate on the production line, produce quality product efficiently, and follow all safety procedures to meet FDA and USDA standards.

The role requires high school education or equivalent, willingness to work in all areas of production, and the ability to maintain a clean, safe work area while collaborating with team members.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous Warehouse experience would be helpful.

• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
• Follows production list provided by supervisor.
• Must be willing to work in all areas of production.
• Assist in set up and clean up responsibilities.
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work to completion of job.
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
• Maintain work equipment utilized in job, report any issues to management.
• Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
• Be able to work alongside other individuals on the line as a team.
• Maintaining and ensuring food safety.
