Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Auburndale, FL is seeking a Production Coordinator to help ensure smooth operations and product excellence in our beverage manufacturing process. You will coordinate batches, monitor process parameters, and collaborate across operations, maintenance, and quality teams to uphold safety and quality.

In this role you’ll train new employees, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain production documentation to support regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in production/manufacturing with coordination or operational support.
• Working knowledge of beverage production processes and basic chemistry parameters.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and production tracking software.
• Knowledge of brix, acidity, pH, and carbonation analysis.
• Ability to respond to machine alarms and deviations with problem-solving.
• Forklift and Hi-Lift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Proven ability to operate in high-volume production with focus on safety and quality.
• Strong digital literacy: MS Office, OneNote, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily beverage production batches based on lab specs and schedules.
• Monitor brix, acidity, pH, carbonation, and taste to meet standards.
• Track production performance and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with product development to review process requirements and address non-conformities.
• Provide training on pilot equipment and production best practices.
• Work with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Support the plant reliability program by collecting data and reporting outcomes.
• Serve as training lead for new employees on safety and lean principles.
• Align daily priorities with management to support production goals.
• Maintain production documentation and records securely.
• Update standards and specs to meet regulatory and customer needs.
