Job summary

Advantage Technical is hiring a Machine Operator for a beverage manufacturing facility in Littleton, MA. This 1st shift position runs Monday–Friday with Saturday overtime and pays $21.00 per hour.

You will operate and monitor production equipment, fill, cap, seal, label and package products, perform basic troubleshooting, complete GMP and food safety checks, and keep thorough production records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to follow GMP and food safety standards.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to complete required production paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment supplying raw materials to the production line.
• Fill, cap, seal, label, and package products.
• Remove or shift materials and finished product to maintain proper flow and machine operation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs.
• Complete food safety checks, inspections, and required documentation.
• Clean equipment and work area during and after shift.
• Follow all GMP, quality, food safety, and company policies and procedures.
