Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Bottling Machine Operator for our Reading, PA facility. You will operate bottling, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machinery on a fast-paced production line.

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm. Starting pay $17.50 per hour with a potential raise after 30 days based on performance. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working efficiently in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate bottling, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machinery according to production schedules.
• Set up equipment for product changeovers and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Monitor production lines to ensure proper operation and optimal efficiency.
• Perform routine quality checks on bottles, caps, labels, fill levels, and finished products
