Job summary

Wis-Pak is seeking a Production/Facilities leader to oversee staffing in the Production Department and cover Facility Manager duties when needed. You will liaise between production staff and management, prioritize and delegate work, and drive process improvements while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires a four-year degree preference, strong organizational skills, and prior supervisory experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Previous management/supervisory experiences a must.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills including interpersonal, written and verbal.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing for the Production Department to meet customer demand.
• Fulfill the duties of the Facility Manager in his/her absence.
• Serve as liaison between production personnel and staff on communication, decisions, and policies.
• Prioritizes, schedules, and delegates work assignments.
• Ensure continuous improvement of methods and processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Participate in and support food safety auditing in a timely manner.
• Communicate with procurement regarding raw material needs or deficiencies.
