Job summary

Apple Valley Foods - US is seeking a Production Associate to support the daily production of food products. You will operate and monitor conveyors, fillers, sealers, and packaging equipment, following SOPs and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 12-hour night shifts, teamwork, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stand for long periods. Training, PPE, and a collaborative environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment in the food industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP guidelines.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety standards and wear PPE.
• Operate and monitor production line equipment (conveyors, fillers, sealers, packaging machinery) per SOPs.
• Inspect machinery and address issues promptly.
• Inspect products for defects and quality.
• Follow sanitation protocols for cleanliness and food safety.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments per schedule.
• Record production data and maintain logs of equipment performance and quality checks.
• Follow safety regulations and safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
