Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Process Technician to oversee daily production processes, ensure GMP compliance, and train operators at our beverage plant.

Based at the Hendersonville site, you will collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize procedures, monitor sanitation, and support continuous improvement. The role requires at least 3 years in food processing, a science or engineering degree, and strong analytical and communication skills;

Qualifications

• 3+ years in food processing and packaging or equivalent experience.
• Synthesis and analysis mindset with ability to mult task.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical follow-up of production procedures and GMP practices.
• Ensure conformity of methods and processing control systems.
• Maintain preventive sanitation, calibration, training and process control tasks.
• Identify problems, analyze data and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date production and sanitation procedures and assist training on procedures.
