Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Process Technician at our Hendersonville, NC site to monitor daily beverage production, uphold GMPs, and train staff on procedures and new technologies.

This hands-on role also supports sanitation, process control, and optimization efforts in a fast-paced plant environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in food processing, a science/engineering degree, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ food processing and packaging experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in science/Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Synthesis and analysis mindset and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical follow-up of production operations and GMP compliance.
• Ensure conformity of methods; monitor processing control systems.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration, training, and process control activities.
• Identify problems, analyze data, and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date production and sanitation procedures; train plant staff.
