Job summary

7 Leaves Café in Phoenix is seeking a Drink Cook to craft and maintain our coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistent quality and flavor by cooking and brewing to spec.

You will operate in a fast-paced kitchen, uphold food safety standards, keep a clean workstation, and collaborate with the Store Manager. This onsite role offers morning/afternoon shifts and weekend availability.

This position is onsite at our Phoenix location with pay at $16.65 per hour (non-exempt).

Qualifications

• Regularly lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be available on at least one weekend day.
• Morning and afternoon shifts; finish by 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine beverage preparation according to established policies, including cooking and brewing coffee and tea.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
• Follow food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines.
• Maintain attention to detail in product quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure an adequate supply of ingredients per company specs and health regulations.
• Report to work on time for scheduled shifts and fulfill assigned responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
