Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc is hiring a Materials Handler for the 1st shift in Sparta, MI. You will unload deliveries, stage products and help organize inventory in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will operate hand trucks, forklifts and conveyors, document material flow, and ensure adherence to food safety and SQF standards while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be detail oriented and can multi-task.
• Must have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads material within the warehouse facility.
• Uses hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors or other equipment to move material.
• Records flow information of materials and products.
• Adheres to standard practices and procedures.
