Job summary

Generous Brands in Bakersfield, CA is seeking an Apex Beverage Equipment Operator to support daily production and loading/unloading duties in a fast-paced facility. The role requires coordinating with supervisors, operating plant equipment, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–2 years related experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical knowledge of automated machines.
• Ability to repair minor mechanical issues on machines.
• Experience conducting quality tests and analyzing data.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production needs with the supervisors and inventory managers.
• Load/unload trailers and participate in production work.
• Operate Beverage Plant equipment and monitor parameters.
• Complete changeovers, CIP’s, PMs, and sanitation.
• Identify faults and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain activity logs and train new personnel.
