Job summary

Generous Brands in Bakersfield, CA is hiring an APEX Beverage Equipment Operator on the 3rd shift. You’ll assist across the Beverage Plant, coordinate with supervisors, load/unload trailers, operate equipment, and maintain logs.

Requires basic mechanical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role offers full-time employment with benefits and a competitive hourly pay range ($20.00–$22.00/hr).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Mechanical knowledge of automated machines and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production needs with supervisors and inventory managers.
• Load/unload trailers and assist in production tasks.
• Monitor equipment values and perform routine changeovers and cleaning.
