Job summary

Sunny Sky Products, LLC in Tinley Park, IL seeks a Packaging Associate to operate packaging lines and produce liquid and powdered beverage concentrates. You will help maintain GMP-compliant production areas, retain and sample production batches, and verify codes on all packages.

Expect to rotate raw materials on FIFO and keep clean material areas. The role includes packing, basic machine maintenance, and recording daily cleaning/PM activities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to keep complete and accurate written records.
• Must be able and open to learn the operation of new filling equipment and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

• Pack and stack finished products.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment in the work area including daily greasing and lubrication.
• Run various filling and packaging machines as required (training provided).
• Keep accurate records of all daily cleaning and PM functions.
• Keep accurate label records of all items.

Education

High school Diploma or equivalent
