Job summary

Sunny Sky Products, LLC in Tinley Park, IL is seeking a Packaging Associate on 1st shift to operate packaging lines for beverage concentrates and to maintain cleanliness in accordance with GMP guidelines.

You will pack finished products, run filling and packaging machines (training provided), and keep accurate daily cleaning and maintenance records, as well as label records. Requires a high school diploma; lifting up to 50 lbs; and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Operate packaging lines to produce liquid and powdered beverage concentrates.
• Maintain GMP cleanliness and proper record-keeping.
• Rotate raw materials per FIFO and ensure correct labeling.
• Will train on filling equipment; ability to advance within company.

Responsibilities

• Pack and stack finished products.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment in work area including daily greasing and lubrication.
• Run various filling and packaging machines as required. (training will be provided)

We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed and beverage enhancers .

We are seeking a Packaging Associate who will work on packaging lines, producing liquid and powdered beverage concentrates. Also works on maintaining cleanliness of production area in accordance with GMP guidelines. Retain and identify samples of all production batches. Check for application and accuracy of codes on all packages. Rotate raw materials on FIFO basis and maintains cleanliness of raw material areas.

• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule.
• High school Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

working Hours

Our production team runs on 8-hour shifts plus occasional overtime

• Full time job
• Monday- Friday and occasional Saturdays 6:00am - 2:30pm.
• $16.00 per hour
