Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a motivated Packaging Operator to join a beverage production team in Bend, Oregon. You will help run, monitor, and clean the bottling, canning, and kegging lines to produce high-quality drinks.

This role requires attention to safety, ability to work a 12-hour shift, and capability to stand all shift. Prior packaging experience is welcome but eagerness to learn is valued; you'll follow SOPs, keep logs, and help ensure accurate labeling and sealing.

Qualifications

• Production or manufacturing experience preferred, but an eagerness to learn is key.
• Ability to read/interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Able to write basic routine reports.
• Able to stand for a 12-hour shift on a loud, fast-paced production floor.
• Proficient in material handling and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Run bottling, canning, and kegging lines according to SOPs.
• Monitor lines for malfunctions, clear jams, inspect packages for labeling, capping, and sealing.
• Perform daily intensive cleaning using chemicals with PPE; follow safety guidelines.
• Move finished products, prep materials for upcoming runs, and maintain logs/batch tickets.
