Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a motivated Packaging Operator to join a beverage production team in Bend, Oregon. You will help run, monitor, and clean the bottling, canning, and kegging lines to produce high-quality drinks.

This role requires attention to safety, ability to work a 12-hour shift, and capability to stand all shift. Prior packaging experience is welcome but eagerness to learn is valued; you'll follow SOPs, keep logs, and help ensure accurate labeling and sealing.

Qualifications

• Production or manufacturing experience preferred, but an eagerness to learn is key.
• Ability to read/interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Able to write basic routine reports.
• Able to stand for a 12-hour shift on a loud, fast-paced production floor.
• Proficient in material handling and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Run bottling, canning, and kegging lines according to SOPs.
• Monitor lines for malfunctions, clear jams, inspect packages for labeling, capping, and sealing.
• Perform daily intensive cleaning using chemicals with PPE; follow safety guidelines.
• Move finished products, prep materials for upcoming runs, and maintain logs/batch tickets.

Packaging OperatorPrideStaff is seeking a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Packaging Operator to join a dynamic beverage production team in Bend, Oregon. In this role, you will help run, monitor, and clean the bottling, canning, and kegging lines to produce delicious, high-quality drinks.Shift, Pay, & Career GrowthDay Shift: Thursday through Saturday (5:00 AM – 5:30 PM)Day Shift Pay: $20/hrNight Shift: Thursday through Saturday (5:00 PM – 5:30 AM)Night Shift Pay: $23/hrKey ResponsibilitiesRun all positions on the bottling, canning, and kegging lines; follow SOPs for equipment setup, tear-downs, and product changeovers.Monitor production lines for malfunctions, clear machine jams, and inspect packages periodically to ensure perfect labeling, capping, and sealing.Perform daily intensive cleaning using chemicals (PPE provided); strictly follow Food Safety, GMP, and general safety guidelines.Move finished products, prep materials for upcoming runs, and keep accurate logs/batch tickets.Qualifications & Physical RequirementsPrevious production or manufacturing experience is preferred, but an eagerness to learn is key.Ability to read/interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and write basic routine reports.Comfort working under pressure on a loud, fast-paced, and active production floor.Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire 12-hour shift.You should be proficient in:Material Handler ExperiencePackaging Experience
