Qualifications

• Reads and writes English; communicates effectively in English.
• Follows written and verbal instructions.
• Team-oriented but capable of working independently.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Forklift driving and license test eligibility required.
• Physical ability to stand/walk and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak production periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality, GMP and company policies.
• Operate safety switches, interlocks and safety devices correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area meeting safety standards.
• Check product and case codes for accuracy.
• Perform accurate package changeovers.
• Complete and file quality and packaging documentation on time.
