Qualifications

• 4 years’ dining experience, with a minimum of 2 years’ Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all front-of-the-house beverage operations and team members during assigned shift.
• Maintain administrative functions, such as scheduling and time records.
• Monitor guest service and satisfaction by interviewing guests.
