Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to lead front-of-house beverage operations during shifts. You will mentor team members, manage scheduling, and ensure service standards are met to deliver a premier guest experience.

The role requires a high school diploma with 4 years of dining experience and at least 2 years in supervision; a Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management or related field may substitute supervisory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 4 years’ dining experience with at least 2 years in F&B supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management or related field is acceptable in lieu of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house beverage operations and team members during shifts.
• Maintain scheduling, time and attendance records and ensure staffing levels.
• Monitor department budget to optimize labor and resources.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address guest concerns promptly.
• Inspect outlets daily for safety, cleanliness and proper operation.
• Attend meetings and perform follow-up tasks.
