Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
• Maintain established quality assurance procedures to ensure acceptable health department standards.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements within the area of responsibility.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues

Ability to write reports and business correspondence

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide

Education

High school diploma or GED

One to two years beverage or equivalent experience

Prior gaming experience preferred
