Job summary

Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races is seeking friendly staff to join our bar team. The role supports cocktail servers and bartenders, ensuring timely beverage service and a clean, organized bar area.

A welcoming, professional demeanor helps deliver ACES-level customer experiences to guests in a fast-paced setting. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and obtain required certifications (WV Racing Commission license, Food Handler, Tips and TOPs).

Qualifications

Must be licensed by the West Virginia Racing Commission.
Must be able to obtain proper Food Handler Certification.
Must be Tips and TOPs certified.

Responsibilities

Assist cocktail servers and bartenders with their job functions to ensure smooth service to guests.
Ensure bar tops, area and floors are clean; remove dirty ashtrays and used glassware.
Clear and wipe down tables in lounge areas when needed; maintain a clean work environment.
Maintain bar equipment and stock levels; handle orders and deliveries.
Provide guest with information on promotions, programs and attractions; deliver ACES customer service.
Interact with guests using guest names and remember preferences; greet courteously and close interactions professionally.
