Job summary

POM Wonderful in California seeks an Extraction Lead to oversee the daily beverage operations team, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across the department. You will train, coach and develop hourly staff, directing work and driving performance to meet production goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication and problem-solving skills, with eligibility for overtime and weekend work as needed; forklift operation experience is essential.
