Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC in Garner, IA is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and manage backroom organization to ensure shelves are ready for customers.

You will service customers, implement promotions, place orders, and maintain a clean, safe working environment while meeting PBV standards and driving store results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications and work hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises coolers, displays, racks, and shelves per PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and uses point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Serves all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or processes invoices.
• Maintains backroom storage and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
