Job summary

Ozarks Coca-Cola-Dr Pepper Bottling Company is seeking an entry-level Merchandiser to stock and display products at assigned retail locations. You will build product displays, manage shelf space, and ensure compliance with company standards while traveling between stores using a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. One year general work experience required.
• Language Skills: Ability to read. Ability to respond to common inquiries.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays at retail locations in compliance with company standards.
• Travel between stores daily using personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
• Maintain appropriate product levels and shelf allocation in beverage sections and accounts.
• Keep a clean, neat appearance and professional conduct consistent with company policy.
• Complete store paperwork at each stop and check in/out with management.
