Job summary

Ozarks Coca-Cola-Dr Pepper Bottling Company is seeking a dedicated merchandiser to service assigned beverage locations at retail outlets. You will build displays, manage stock, rotate products, and ensure brand standards are met across your route.

The role requires daily travel using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement and a commitment to 40 hours per week. Strong communication and reliable teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. One (1) year general work experience required working with minimal supervision.
• Language Skills: Ability to read. Ability to respond to common inquiries.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays to company standards.
• Follow pricing guidelines for customer accounts and assess customer requirements.
• Maintain appropriate product levels in beverage sections and shelf space.
• Ensure clean appearance and professional conduct; wear company uniforms or approved attire.
• Travel between stores on assigned route using personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication and follow up.
• Train new Pull-Up employees and complete training checklists.
• Rotate products and maintain merchandising standards; replace and maintain POS materials.
• Report stock conditions and backroom issues to management.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts where applicable; assist with loading/unloading as needed.
