Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an energetic merchandise associate to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in Williamsport, PA. You will work Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, visiting multiple store locations with required transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Must be able to drive to locations in different geographic areas
• May be required to work holidays
• Physical ability to lift, load, push and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly over 10–12 hours
• Bending, reaching and squatting

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers and displays to plan
• Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality and in-stock conditions
• Move products from backroom to sales floor, organize stock and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)
