Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a field merchandiser in Reading, PA to stock and rotate PepsiCo products across multiple local stores. You will set up displays, manage backroom stock and maintain freshness and in-stock levels throughout your shift.

The role requires driving between locations, lifting cases, and working early hours with potential holiday work. Training and safety protocols are provided to ensure efficient daily operations and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period.
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers and displays as planned.
• Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness, quality and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor, organize stock and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
