Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products for freshness, and set up promotional displays across local stores in the Lancaster, PA area.

You will collaborate with store teams to ensure shelves are well stocked and promotional materials are visible, while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role involves daily movement of products, driving between locations, and a fast-paced environment with physical tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and maintain neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
