Job summary

Force One is seeking a detail-oriented retail merchandiser to enhance the consumer buying experience in assigned stores within the Fairfax, VA area. The role emphasizes independence, quick learning, and excellent relationship-building with business partners.

You’ll execute pack-outs, set shelves per planograms, tag sections, and report stock levels and competitive threats. Flexible part-time schedules and travel reimbursement are offered to support performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous retail merchandising experience.
• Self-starter and quick learner who can work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Physical requirements: standing/walking 3–8 hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Execute all pack-outs in assigned territory per required schedule.
• Set all shelves, end caps and displays to provided planogram (POG).
• Ensure sections are properly tagged.
• Pack out any backstock from the backroom.
• Remove non-planogram items and place them in designated area.
• Accurately complete all required reporting and upload completion photos.
• Report observations regularly to management regarding stock levels, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats.
