Maletis Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and rotate beer and non-alcoholic beverages in grocery stores. You will travel using your own vehicle to service major accounts, build and maintain displays, and ensure shelves and coolers are well stocked.

The role emphasizes active, independent work with a friendly, customer-focused approach. Requires 18+ and a valid license; benefits include incentives and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a good driving record.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and learning iOS/Microsoft apps.
• Able to work independently and manage daily priorities.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.

Responsabilités

• Merchandise cases, bottles, and cans of beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Travel using your personal vehicle to service major grocery chain accounts.
• Move product from backstock or delivery pallets to shelves and displays.
• Build and maintain product displays to increase sales.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and floor displays.
• Use manual equipment (pallet jack, hand truck, cart, U-boat).
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Accurately track time and mileage.
• Communicate regularly with your Team Lead and Manager.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service.
