Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser in Milwaukee, WI to creatively showcase brands by building displays, managing inventory, and optimizing product placement. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, along with a strong customer-service focus.

The role involves daily merchandising at accounts, maintaining POS materials, and collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities and improve shelf presentation. OT may apply and a car allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking shelves, rotating stock, building displays.
• Manage POS materials and store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key accounts and share feedback with the sales team.
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
